A few weeks ago, I got invited to a Baby Shower for a friend up in Manhattan Beach and we had a wedding reception in Redondo Beach that night, so we decided to make a day of it and check out the area. While I was at the shower, Brad and Libby got to cruise the beach and had some good, quality father-daughter bonding time (as if they even needed it - those two are thick as thieves!).
Libby chilling on the sand - her favorite place to be!
They ended up walking past 2 city piers on their escapade and were quite exhausted by the time they picked me up. But what a beautiful day it was!
Perhaps not Libby's most flattering picture, but it's great for showing off her duck-fuzz, as we like to call it. It's even crazier now! We took her on a walk around the lake recently and we decided she MUST be related to all the little goslings and ducklings waddling around - their heads are identical! You just can't resist running your hand through it!
Between the shower and the reception we went to a cool park and Libby had fun on the slides and swings with her dad. It started getting really cold, though, and we were both jealous of her blanket to wrap up in.

Fun pictures especially of that crazy beach loving baby! She gets so excited when she sees the beach or swings! We need to get her reaction on video.
ReplyDeleteBecky you're such a hott mama! It was so good seeing you, wish we could have done more with more time! I'll have to plan a week to come down by myself and just hang out :)
ReplyDeleteLibbs looks like a little beach babe. I need to see her!
